Hollyfields House, Horley

Transforming residential care accommodation into supported living.

As part of its longstanding relationship with Ivolve Care & Support, Pankow provided client-side project and cost management for the refurbishment and conversion of Hollyfields House in Horley.

The project transformed a former residential care property into five flats across three floors, comprising three self-contained and two shared flats. Each flat includes en-suite facilities, complemented by two lounges and a communal kitchen and dining space within the property.

Delivered over approximately 30 weeks, the works included repairs and improvements to the building fabric, structural alterations and a complete internal refurbishment. The property was stripped back to shell and core, with a new incoming electrical supply, full electrical rewiring and new plumbing and heating services.

From tender through to completion and successful handover, Pankow worked closely with Ivolve’s design team and the contractor to deliver a high-quality finish on time and within budget.
